By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Dunk 3D, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the game.

All game logic, source code, visual design, custom shaders, and branding are the exclusive property of the developers. 3D models, character skeletal rigs, animations, and audio sound effects are used in strict compliance with Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) and Adobe Mixamo licensing terms.

Players agree to use Dunk 3D for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute modified APKs/IPAs, or attempt to exploit memory values to alter match scores or shot meter physics.

Any points, match wins, or tournament trophies earned in Dunk 3D represent virtual achievements with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, traded, or transferred for real currency.

Dunk 3D is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for seamless 60 FPS performance across supported hardware, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay on all devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Dunk 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the game.
