Dunk 3D ("we", "our", or "the Game") respects and protects the privacy of its players worldwide. This Privacy Policy details how data is handled when you download, install, and play Dunk 3D across iOS and Android platforms.

We believe in privacy-by-design. Dunk 3D does NOT collect any personal identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, email address, home address, phone number, or biometric data. The game operates primarily locally on your device.

The game uses local storage (SharedPreferences / NSUserDefaults) exclusively to store your gameplay preferences, such as selected language (13 languages supported), audio sound effects (SFX) on/off toggles, and offline match records. This data never leaves your physical device without your consent.

When distributed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, standard anonymous platform telemetry (crash diagnostics, OS version, device model) may be aggregated by Apple and Google in compliance with their respective privacy policies to help us ensure 60 FPS performance.

Dunk 3D is family-friendly and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

Since game state is maintained locally, your data security is tied to your device's operating system security. No unencrypted remote database stores your personal credentials.
